Nature’s other sweetener, our syrup is responsibly tapped from numerous maple trees around our farm and surrounding bush during early spring when the nights are still cold and the sun shines warm throughout the day. After collecting the sap and transporting it to our state-of-the-art facility equipped with the best sanitary stainless steel equipment, the sap is boiled down until the desired consistency. It is important to us to produce pure, quality products, and to that end we don’t use additives or thickeners to our syrup. The result is pure, great tasting, Georgian Bay maple syrup.
