Meet the Team
When interacting with Gabriela, it is easy to see her passion for all that she does. Gabriela grew up in Switzerland helping her father and grandfather in tending and raising bees. After being stung on the inner lip on the first day of school, Gabriela swore she would never own bees when she grew up. That all changed as years went by and her daily care and interest in bees developed into a dedication for carrying on her family legacy into the third and fourth generations. Her experience has enabled her to breed the highest caliber in her bees, and her love for people grants her aptitude for customer service. Whether it is providing for her family, tending her bees, or helping Geoff in his roles in the business, Gabriela is the heart of their home and the passion that fuels their business. When not carefully tending the administration of the business or her bees, you can find Gabriela savoring all of nature in her garden with her birds as she admires the sunset on the far hill.
If you can get him to sit in one place long enough you will find that Geoff’s characteristics closely resemble those of his winged associates. At the age of 12 his entreprenurial spirit led him to buy his first bees from his dad and learned all he could about keeping bees from him. Then after years of research and study he launched himself full time into the apiary business. Always a go-getter, Geoff works tirelessly to ensure his business is a success and that his family is provided for, and uses his paternal training in carpentry to design and build the equipment needed to be on the leading edge of their industry. In conversing with Geoff you will find it easy to be enthusiastic as his knowledge of the science of beekeeping and excitement of all things related to bees is contagious. He is devoted to his family, and enjoys building a home business that allows him to be involved in his children’s lives and do what he loves. If you can’t find Geoff packing honey, checking on the hives or working on ways to better his products, he’s probably camping or fishing with his boys, or both.
