Ginger comes in many forms, but its infection fighting, brain protecting and digestive aiding properties are consistent no matter which form you use.
We start with our finest creamed honey and, similarly to our creamed cinnamon honey, slowly add a super-finely ground ginger powder and rewhip the honey for a period of two days to ensure the quality of texture. When it is ready to pour we add finely chopped dried ginger so that the ginger flavour is infused into the honey. We only every use dried ginger to ensure that no water affects the consistency of the creamed honey, or dilutes the taste. This creates an incredibly bright, almost citrusy flavour that pairs so well with the creamy texture of our honey and is perfect for spreads, marinades and more.
